Nigeria, Nov. 15 -- A storey building housing two large halls has been engulfed by fire at about 3:15 pm on Saturday, at Unik AJ Prints, located along Opomalu Road in Ilorin-East local government area, affecting printing machines and other production materials.

The inferno caused by a spark from the inverter system, subsequently ignited by nearby combustible materials.

The spokesman of the State Fire Service, Hassan Adekunle, who confirmed the incident, said that prompt arrival of the firefighters and their their rigorous work under challenging early-morning conditions helped to contain the blaze.
