Nigeria, Nov. 11 -- In a veiled remark on the ongoing controversy over President Donald Trump's military invasion threat on Nigeria, the former President Olusegun Obasanjo on Monday disclosed that under his watch as the Nigeria's Head of State, late United States President Jimmy Carter would not do anything in Africa without his knowledge.
