Nigeria, Aug. 27 -- President Bola Tinubu departed Brasilia, Brazil, for Abuja on Wednesday following a high-level state visit aimed at enhancing Nigeria-Brazil bilateral relations.

The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reported that the presidential jet took off from Brasilia International Airport Air Force Base at approximately 12:57 a.m. local time.

At the airport, Ambassador Carlos Sergio Sobral Duarte, Secretary for Africa and the Middle East, along with Ambassador Carlos Jose Areias Moreno Garcete, the Brazilian Ambassador to Nigeria, were present to bid farewell to the President.
