Nigeria, Sept. 4 -- President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is set to depart Abuja today, September 4, for a working vacation in Europe as part of his 2025 annual leave.

Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, confirmed in a brief statement that the "vacation will last 10 working days."

During this period, President Tinubu will travel between France and the United Kingdom before returning to Nigeria.

This trip follows a recent 12-day diplomatic mission to Japan and Brazil, which also included stopovers in Dubai and Los Angeles.

On August 15, the president left Nigeria, making a brief stop in Dubai, UAE, before arriving in Yokohama, Japan, on August 18.
