Nigeria, Nov. 18 -- Governor Agbu Kefas of Taraba State has postponed his planned defection from the Peoples Democratic Party to the All Progressives Congress scheduled for Wednesday, November 19 following the recent abduction of schoolgirls in Kebbi State.
