Nigeria, Feb. 9 -- The Senator representing Kwara Central, Sen. Saliu Mustapha, has confirmed that the contractor handling the ongoing Sulu-Gambari Pavilion project neither sought nor obtained the necessary permit from the state government before commencing the project.
The Senator's statement, which he personally signed late Saturday, came after the State Town Planning and Development Authority ordered the immediate stopping of the project early on Saturday.
