Nigeria, Dec. 6 -- Kola Ologbondiyan, theformer national publicity secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), on Saturday, announced his resignation from the party amid internal crisis battling opposition.
Ologbondiyan, who once served as the spokesperson of the PDP, submitted his resignation at his Okekoko Ward in Kabba Local Government Area of Kogi State, saying he had taken time to observe the party's direction in recent months and concluded that the PDP has derailed from the values and cohesion that once made it a formidable national political force.
