Nigeria, Dec. 17 -- The Oke Adini Youth Development Association has congratulated one of its prominent members, Dr. Sheriff Ibrahim Gold, on the successful completion of his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree at Kwara State University (KWASU), Malete.
