Nigeria, Feb. 1 -- The Air Operator Certificates (AOCs) for both Omni-Blu Aviation and Eastwind Aviation have been revoked by the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) following violations of Part 1.2.1.5 of the Nigerian Civil Aviation Regulations (Nig. CARs), which pertains to the falsification, reproduction, or alteration of crucial aviation documents.

According to NCAA, the specific certificates revoked were OBA/AOC/12-15/002 for Omni-Blu Aviation and EAL/AOC/03-24/001 for Eastwind Aviation that was aimed at further sanitising the aviation industry following the incident involving a Max Air aircraft recently.
