Nigeria, May 6 -- The National Board for Arabic and Islamic Studies (NBAIS) Zone 5 has requested greater government support to enhance Arabic education across Kwara State.

This appeal was made during a recent courtesy visit to the Kwara State Head of Service by Mallam Saleem Sulaiman Jamiu, the Head of Quality Assurance at NBAIS.

"We urgently seek the government's support in providing more funds for the State Arabic Education Board, as well as scholarships for students studying Arabic and Islamic Studies," Jamiu emphasized.
