Nigeria, March 22 -- Dr. Lawal Olohungbebe, the Kwara State Commissioner for Education and Human Capital Development, has welcomed the achievements of Kwara LEARN. This project has transformed the education sector in the state.
The Commissioner gave this commendation recently while fielding questions from the delegation of the Kwara LEARN Development Partner, which paid a courtesy visit to the Ministry.
