Nigeria, April 29 -- The Kwara State Government has launched its State Technical Working Committee for the Food System Transformation Pathway (FSTP) during a ceremony held at the Accountant General's Office in Ilorin.
In her inaugural address, Dr. Mary Arinde, Commissioner for Planning and Economic Development and Chairperson of the committee, commended the state for its leadership role in advancing the FSTP initiative. She highlighted the essential role of food in human survival, stating that an increase in food production can significantly alleviate hunger and lower food costs.
