Nigeria, Oct. 22 -- ...as Works Commissioner appeals to residents to write ministry for inclusion of roads for rehabilitations

The Kwara State Government has disclosed that it will soon commence rehabilitation work on the Kilanko road in the Offa Garage area of the state capital, as well as the Gaa Akanbi-Danialu-University of Ilorin road corridor.

The Commissioner for Works, Engr. Qowiyu Olododo, made this known on Wednesday, during the third quarter Inter-ministerial briefing held in Ilorin, the Kwara State capital.

According to him, engineers from the ministry had already visited the affected sites to assess the level of work required and are working on suitable designs for reconstruction and drainage improvement.
