Nigeria, July 4 -- In a strategic effort to enhance healthcare services, the Kwara State Government has presented advanced ultrasound equipment to the Kwara State University Teaching Hospital in Ilorin.

This initiative, aims to provide comprehensive healthcare services around the clock, was presented on Friday at the premises of the hospital.

Dr. Bola Ahmed, the Chief Medical Director of the hospital, who was represented by Dr. Idowu Ogunlaja, Chairman of the Medical Advisory Council, expressed his appreciation for the state's support during the presentation ceremony.

According to him, "This landmark achievement will go a long way in providing affordable quality healthcare to the people of Kwara State and its environs."
