Nigeria, Oct. 24 -- Nigerian President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu has announced some changes in the hierarchy of the Service Chiefs.

Tinubu, in a statement by the Special Adviser on Media and Public Communication, Sunday Dare on Friday, said the decision was in line of the Federal Government of Nigeria efforts to strengthen the national security architecture.

The statement is titled 'Tinubu changes service chiefs', saidthe President appointed General Olufemi Oluyede to replace General Christopher Musa as the new Chief of Defence Staff.
