Nigeria, April 22 -- Goodluck Jonathan, the former Nigerian President on Monday at a one-day dialogue on State Police organised by the House of Representatives in Abuja on Monday, disclosed that there is no way Nigeria can have security if states do not have their police.

According to him, the issue is critical; there is no need to debate whether we need to have state police, but the operations, saying during the 2014 conference, the matter of State Police came up, all delegates supported alongside other proposed security measures.
