Nigeria, Dec. 13 -- The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has dismissed claims by former Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami, SAN, that his bail was revoked over his alleged attendance at a political gathering in Kebbi State.
In a statement on Saturday, the anti-graft agency described the claims as false, stressing that its operations are apolitical and not influenced by the political activities or affiliations of suspects.
