Nigeria, July 23 -- Bala Mohammed, the chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Governors Forum and Governor of Bauchi State, has publicly condemned the recent defections from the PDP to the African Democratic Congress (ADC), deeming the move a "strategic blunder" and labeling the ADC coalition as a "political anomaly."
