Nigeria, Aug. 16 -- The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in Ogun has expressed confidence that security agencies will take decisive action against anyone involved in vote buying and other electoral malpractices.
This statement was made in the context of the recent by-elections, including the Remo Federal Constituency, part of a wider electoral exercise across 12 states.
Saseyi Feyijimi, the Resident Electoral Commissioner (REC) in Ogun, addressed alleged incidents of vote buying during an interview with newsmen in Sagamu.
