Bandits attack Kaduna school, kidnap scores
Nigeria, March 7 -- Suspected bandits, on Thursday morning, invaded LGEA Primary School, Kuriga (1), Chikun Local Government Area of Kaduna State and kidnapped scores of pupils and teachers.
It was gathered that the incident occurred at about 8:20 am, immediately after the morning assembly.
According to locals, the Headteacher of the school and some other staff were among the victims.
A former Kaduna senator, Shehu Sani, expressed displeasure on the incident, expressing optimism that they would be free.
