Nigeria, April 24 -- Following the wake of insecurity in the northern part of Kwara, the management of the Kwara State University (KWASU) has suspended its scheduled relocation of its new Faculty of Agriculture to the Ilesha-Baruba campus.

The directive was issued in a memo signed by the Registrar of the institution, Dr. Kikelomo W. Sallee on Thursday, April 24, 2025, to the concerned faculty.

It would be recalled that the Faculty of Agriculture had been scheduled to commence the Rain semester at the Ilesha-Baruba campus.

According to the memo, the new date for the relocation would be communicated to the faculty in due course.
