Nigeria, Feb. 2 -- The operatives of the Anambra State Police Command have arrested a suspect child trafficker, Joshua Simeon, at Nkpor Central Motor Park in Idemili Local Government Area of the state over alleged child trafficking.

According to a statement by Tochukwu Ikenga, the state's police spokesperson in a statement on Sunday, "Police operatives attached to the Ogidi Area Command acting on credible information on 1 February 2025 by 4 p.m. arrested one Joshua Simeon, male, 32, from Ohaozara in Ebonyi State at Nkpor Central Motor Park, Idemili North Local Government Area of Anambra state."
