Nigeria, Oct. 20 -- No fewer than 11,886 students have successfully graduated from the University of Ilorin, the institution's management has announced.
The institution will be marking its 40th Convocation Ceremonies, which coincides with the institution's Golden Jubilee Anniversary, marking 50 years of academic excellence, innovation, and service to humanity.
The Vice Chancellor, Professor Wahab Egbewole (SAN), while disclosing this on Monday, during a press briefing to herald the convocation ceremonies, said the graduating students cut across various faculties and academic programmes, adding that 316 students bagged First Class honours, while 4,120 and 5,939 will graduate with Second Class Upper and Lower Divisions respectively.
