Nigeria, Sept. 1 -- The Kwara State Government, in partnership with the Agro-Climate Resilience in Semi-Arid Landscapes (ACReSAL), has kicked off the distribution of 14,180 economic tree seedlings to 255 educational institutions across the state.

This initiative aims to enhance both educational and economic prospects within the schools.

During the launch, Commissioner for Planning and Economic Development, Mrs. Mary Arinde, stated, "The beneficiaries include 80 primary schools, 170 secondary schools, and five tertiary institutions. This initiative highlights the critical link between education and agriculture."
