Nigeria, March 22 -- The Kwara State Commissioner for Education and Human Capital Development, Dr Lawal Olohungbebe, has assured teachers across the state that his office will not be used for intimidation or victimisation.

He urged them to support the government's efforts in transforming the education sector.

Olohungbebe made the statement on Thursday while receiving executives of the Nigeria Union of Teachers (NUT), the All Nigeria Confederation of Principals of Secondary Schools (ANCOPSS), and the Association of Primary School Headteachers of Nigeria (AOPSHON) at his office.
