New Delhi, Dec. 6 -- An experienced culinary professional in the field of Bakery and Confectionery, Jitender Awasthi has been appointed as the Junior Sous Chef at The Westin Mumbai Garden City. In his new role, he will primarily assist in the planning and innovation of menus, ensure quality services, train associates, manage budgets, amongst others.
