Mumbai, Nov. 8 -- Inspired by the vibrant culture of Punjab, Bageecha, the sea-facing Indian restaurant at Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach, is set to offer guests a culinary extravagance with 'Pind Da Swad' featuring luscious delicacies.

Executive Chef Gopal Jha has specially curated a set menu with zesty and buttery flavours that will offer an authentic taste of Punjabi cuisine. The menu includes a salad buffet, shorba, main course, dessert and live counters. Favourites on the menu are Malai Murgh Tikka, Bhuna Gosht, Pind da Kukkar, Sarson da Saag, Pind da Chole, Dabba Gosht, Machi Amritsari and desserts like Imarti, Gajar ka Halwa, Chhena Jalebi, Kulfi Falooda among others.
