Pakistan, July 11 -- The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government has spent only Rs150.9 billion or 47 per cent out of the Rs319 billion annual development budget for FY20.

According to documents, of the Rs150.9 billion spent by the provincial government, Rs125.33 billion were from the provincial fund.

In addition to that, the KP government spent Rs13.43 billion out of foreign aid and loans.

Moreover, out of Rs59 billion, Rs24 billion was released for the tribal districts out of which Rs23.91 billion was spent in FY20.

According to documents, nine departments of the tribal districts were not able to spend from their budget during FY20.
