Bangladesh, June 26 -- Two factions of BNP's student front Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal (JCD) on Tuesday fought a battle in front of BNP's Nayapaltan central office following a conflict over the formation of its new committee.
A group of JCD leaders and activists who are in favour of forming the new committee of the student body with specific age limit took position in front of the BNP office since morning.
Another group who has been on a movement since June 10 demanding the withdrawal of the age limit also gathered in front of BNP office around 12pm and chased their opponents.
They swooped on the ground floor of the BNP office as other group took position inside it.
