Bangladesh, Jan. 17 -- Minister for Local Government, Rural Development and Cooperatives (LGRD) Md Tajul Islam has laid emphasis on concerted efforts to achieve the targets of sustainable development goals (SDG) by 2030.
"We have been successful for attaining the targets of MDG (millennium development goal)... We have to achieve the targets of SDGs in the light of experiences of MDG," he said while addressing as the chief guest a workshop on "Review the progress of SDG, 2020", organised by the Local Government Division at Department of Public Health Engineering auditorium in the city's Kakrail.
