Dhaka, Nov. 2 -- India won the ICC World Cup Super-12 match against Bangladesh by 5 runs in Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method at Adelaide Oval in Adelaide on Wednesday.

Batting first, India scored 184 runs losing six wickets from their stipulated 20 overs.

In reply, Bangladesh scored 66 without losing any wicket in seven overs before an interruption due to a rain. Later, they resumed innings to chase a revised target of 151 runs off 16 overs as per DLS method.

However, the score of Bangladesh was 145/6 at the end of all overs, which was set in DLS method.
