Dhaka, April 14 -- Trading and official activities on the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) and Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) will resume on Monday after Eid-ul-Fitr and Pahela Baishakh holidays.

The bourses remained closed for five days, from April 10 to April 14, on the occasion of the Eid-ul-Fitr and Pahela Baishakh, including weekly holidays.

Trading on the bourses will begin at 10:00 am as usual and continue until 2:30 pm, including a 10-minute post-closing session.

The DSE and CSE offices will remain open at 9:00 am and continue until 4:30 pm.

Meanwhile, stocks finished almost flat on April 9, the last trading day before Eid break, as nervous investors stayed cautious amid ongoing volatility in the market.
