Dhaka, Feb. 24 -- "Development of agriculture is possible by making smart curriculum, smart graduates to create smart farmer. BSVER works to promote veterinary education and research. Creating smart veterinarians should be brought under a modern curriculum," remarked the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Emdadul Haque Chowdhury, at the inaugural session of the 30th Annual Scientific Conference of Bangladesh Society for Veterinary Education and Research (BSVER).

He also said that the world is shifting from productive to qualitative agriculture. There is no substitute for technology-based smart agriculture to bring forth the fourth industrial sector in agriculture.
