Bangladesh, Jan. 23 -- From now on, owners of all motor cars, jeeps and microbuses will be able to renew fitness certificates of their vehicles in five years from the date of manufacturing, and in every two years afterwards.
A circular, issued by the Ministry of Road Transport and Bridges on Wednesday, said fitness renew facility given under 124 (1) (Tha) of Road Transport Act 2018 will not be applicable in case of the vehicles used for rent. It also said the owners have to pay fees for every year at the time of renewing fitness.
