Bangladesh, March 13 -- An 'International Conference on Energy and Power Engineering (ICEPE 2019)' begins at the Savar campus of Brac University tomorrow (Thursday).
Prime Minister's Energy Advisor Dr. Tawfiq-e-Elahi Chowdhury is scheduled to inaugurate the three-day conference, organised by the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) of the university, as chief guest at 10:00 am on the day.
Sir Fazle Hasan Abed, Founder and Chairperson, Board of Trustees, will also be present at the opening ceremony.
The event aims at providing a platform to the leading researchers, engineers and scientists in the areas of power and energy engineering, the organisers said.
