Bangladesh, Jan. 21 -- Noise level, in every divisional city in the country, has surpassed permissible limits. Hydraulic horn, which is dangerous for city dwellers, is used rampantly. It is often noticed that most of the drivers are using horns for nothing. Campaigners sometimes express concerns over noise pollution created by excessive use of horns and then the issue loses attention. Time has come to take action against hydraulic horns and unnecessary use of horns in the city.
