Dhaka, Jan. 31 -- Speakers at a discussion on Wednesday suggested both overt and covert initiatives to ensure a successful repatriation of the Rohingyas to their homeland in Myanmar.

They are pointing to the current scenario in Myanmar where the anti-military government forces are gaining ground day by day.

Addressing the discussion titled "Current Crisis of Myanmar and Its Impact on Neighbouring Region", organised by the Center for Peace Studies (CPS) of the South Asian Institute of Policy and Governance (SIPG), North South University (NSU), they also said that the Rohingya crisis is imposing serious security threat to Bangladesh and other neighbouring countries of Myanmar.
