Bangladesh, Sept. 22 -- The Dhaka University (DU) admission test of 'Kha' unit under the Faculty of Arts was held on Saturday for the first year honours programme for the 2019-20 academic session.
The test took place from 10am to 11:30am at 72 centers inside and outside the DU campus, said a press release.
A total of 45,018 students applied against 2,378 seats of the 'Kha' unit and around 19 students vied for one seat.
DU Vice-Chancellor (VC) Prof Dr Md Akhtaruzzaman, Pro VC (Academic) Prof Dr Nasreen Ahmad, Pro VC (Administration) Prof Dr Muhammad Samad, Treasurer Prof Dr Md Kamal Uddin and Dean of the Faculty of Arts Prof Dr Abu Md Delwar Hosain visited different test centers.
