Dhaka, Nov. 21 -- According to a study released on Monday, early childhood care centres are assisting parents working in the country's readymade garments sector in ensuring their children's education.

One of the most significant findings from the research is that children of working parents are joining mainstream education as a result of implementing age-appropriate Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) Center programmes.

The findings were shared at a workshop on the progress and success of the PVH-ECCD project held in Dhaka.

Since 2020, Save the Children has been operating ECCD through a strategic partnership with six garment factories located in Gazipur and Savar, funded by PVH Corporation.
