Dhaka, July 11 -- As many as 110-million children in Asia remain hungry as their family income has fallen drastically for an economic depression amid coronavirus, reveals a latest World Vision survey.

Another 85-million families in the continent have inadequate food.

Again, apprehension of increased child hunger, violence and poverty has gripped them due to the global financial depression.

Another 8.0-million children are at risk of falling into begging, child labour and child marriage in Asia as a result of their parents' inability to buy adequate food.

The rapid assessment survey styled 'Out of Times' was released recently where no separate chapter on Bangladeshi children was included.
