CHATTOGRAM, Nov. 21 -- The Bangladesh Knitwear Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BKMEA) provided jobs to more than 10 million (1.0 crore) people of the country in the last one year.
Besides, the association is taking many projects to create employment for more people, said its President of A K M Selim Osman while addressing as the chief guest a views exchanging meeting with the association leaders of Chattogram.
The meeting was held at the Boat Club in the port city recently. Chaired by BKMEA's third vice president (VP) Seraj Jamil, a good number of members of the association's newly-elected central committee attended the programme.
