MOSCOW - India is charging ahead with negotiations for a free trade talks between India, Eurasian countries, signaling a pivotal shift in its economic strategy toward Russia and its allies. Indian Ambassador to Russia Vinay Kumar expressed strong optimism in an interview with RIA Novosti, stating, "The negotiations began in the month of November, so the first round has been held. I would say that there is good understanding on both sides about what we want to achieve. And there is political commitment also on both sides to achieve that.
