New Delhi, Sept. 20 -- The 6th Annual Franklin County Agriculture Fair is in full swing in Rocky Mount, Virginia. The event kicked off on Thursday, September 18th and will go until September 21st.
Franklin County is well-known for its prominent agricultural history and tradition. There are many involved in the fair who are dedicated to keeping that agricultural legacy alive and thriving.
Two of which are Hayley and Emma Montgomery. The 16-year-old twins are the daughters of a 7th generation dairy farmer.
