New Delhi, Nov. 16 -- The increasing global demand for mozzarella has secured an expansion of Branderup Dairy in Denmark. Arla will invest 80 million Euro to more than double the production of mozzarella at the plant. At the same time, the production is enhanced with the use of new and more sustainable technology.
The expansion of Branderup Dairy has confirmed Arla as a leader on the world stage in the production of mozzarella. The mozzarella production of the latter in Denmark is concentrated on Branderup and Rodkaersbro Dairies.
