Tanzania, Jan. 7 -- President Samia Suluhu Hassan ushered in the New Year with a message to the country that had both; reflection on the past twelve months and a resolve to get some things done in the next twelve months. To the president, the New Year will be about delivering after twelve months of making reforms in the public sector.
