Tanzania, April 21 -- Dar es Salaam. Oryx Gas Tanzania Ltd and charity organisation Doris Mollel Foundation have signed agreement to provide gas cylinders and stoves to nurses around 10 regions in support of the government efforts to promote the use of clean cooking energy.

Speaking during the signing ceremony at the weekend, at Mwananyamala Referral Hospital, the company's managing director, Mr Benoite Araman, said the initiative will expand the use of clean cooking energy in the community.

He said the company's expectation is to ensure that every Tanzanian uses clean cooking energy.
