DHAKA, March 28 -- The premier travel trade fortnightly The Bangladesh Monitor has called off its next print issue, previously scheduled to be published on April 1, due to the novel coronavirus pandemic which has already caused the global travel trade industry come to a standstill.

To contain the spread of COVID-19, Bangladesh has banned travel to and from most of the countries across the globe and imposed a countrywide lockdown till April 4. The same scenario is being witnessed all across the globe as the world tries to tackle the unfortunate circumstances.
