India, April 1 -- India has been caught unawares as China brokered a truce between Iran and Saudi Arabia, who have been at loggerheads for decades, turning Middle-east diplomacy on its head.
The Chinese President, XI Jinping, anointed with a new five-year term has brought Iran and Saudi together after prolonged, secret and staggered parleys in the tricky Middle-East political churnings.
