New Delhi, Feb. 12 -- Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Sunday expressed the government's intention to examine the possibility of "winding up the office of the United Nations in Kashmir."

Responding to a specific query at a press conference in Jammu about the United Nations Military Observer Group in India and Pakistan (UNMOGIP) office located in Sonwar, Srinagar, LG Sinha stated that the government would consider the matter.
