India, Nov. 3 -- Voting for the second phase of Bihar assembly elections began on Tuesday. Over 2.85 crore voters are eligible to vote.

Voting is being held at 94 constituencies across 17 districts.

As many as 1,500 candidates are in the fray. The fate of the Opposition's chief ministerial candidate, Tejashwi Yadav, his brother Tej Pratap Yadav, among others, will be sealed today.

The BJP is contesting 46 seats while JD(U) is contesting 43. The RJD is contesting in 56 seats whereas, Congress, in 24.

On October 28, polling for the first phase of Bihar assembly elections was held.

Voting was held at 71 constituencies across 16 districts with a voter turnout of 55.69%.
